    Fantastic service Both John and Natasha lovely people Booking with Natasha very easy. John phoned before hand to let me know he was on his way carried out the work without fault great respect for my house and property can't fault and would recommend without hesitation and will be using for all my plumbing needs going forward.

    I had a fault with the boiler where the ignition wouldn't start and the condenser had blocked up.

    Professional service, friendly and happy to help. Explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. I would highly recommend North Hampshire Services as this was a semi-emergency call out and saved me a bit of a headache.

    Fault finding gas heating

    With the threat of a cold snap our gas boiler failed to start. Weekend was approaching so we called North Hampshire Services, Natasha answered and reassured us that their engineer, John, would come that day. The thought that help was on its way brought the blood pressure down. John arrived lunch time & found that the heating system was ok but the problem lay with the gas meter. He called the gas network on our behalf and within the hour a gas network engineer had replaced the meter regulator and the boiler started. John told us he would return later if boiler had not started. Great work!
