  Roof Inspection and Replacement

  James from Northern Build was absolutely fantastic, completing a detailed roof inspection, providing a very competitive quote for a required roof replacement, and completing the work in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions (there were a lot!) with detailed information and recommendations, taking into consideration my price constraints and deadline for the work to be completed. He coordinated well with North Tyneside Build Control and a required structural engineer. I would highly recommend James and Northern Build!

  Had a roof tile come off, I contacted James and he was polite and friendly, he was able to give me a quote there and then and got me booked in asap. He arrived on the time he stated and completed the work with no issues. I would highly recommend James great customer service and work completed to a high standard

  Repairs following high winds

  James did a superb job from the initial contact through to finishing. He was quick to respond when I called him and promptly came round to have a look at what was needed to be fixed. He identified a loose slate and went straight up on the roof to bring it down safely. Him and his mate were friendly and polite and were a pleasure to make coffee for! We can thoroughly recommend Northern Build.

  I contacted James via Checkatrade and he replied very quickly and offered to come out the following day. When he came out he assessed the job and was able to make the repair straight away which I was very grateful for. The price was very fair and he was very polite.
