Brilliant work. Nothing was a problem. Very customer focused. Excellent work carried out in timely fashion. I have no hesitation in recommending this builder.

James and his team built an extension to our kitchen in accordance with plans and building regulations. Communication was excellent throughout, they turned up when they said they would be there and completed the project in the agreed timeframe. They were very clean and tidy making sure the site was left tidy at the end of every day. We had regular updates and any extras were fully explained and agreed before going ahead. We have since used James for other smaller projects as we were so delighted with the quality of the work. He is also now doing work for our neighbours too. Very pleased!

James and Simon did an excellent job on our roof, thoroughly cleaned it by hand of moss and then repaired and repointed as needed. They are very hard working, polite and tidy, always arrived on time, and excellent communication throughout the job. . Highly recommend.

James from Northern Build was absolutely fantastic, completing a detailed roof inspection, providing a very competitive quote for a required roof replacement, and completing the work in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions (there were a lot!) with detailed information and recommendations, taking into consideration my price constraints and deadline for the work to be completed. He coordinated well with North Tyneside Build Control and a required structural engineer. I would highly recommend James and Northern Build!

Had a roof tile come off, I contacted James and he was polite and friendly, he was able to give me a quote there and then and got me booked in asap. He arrived on the time he stated and completed the work with no issues. I would highly recommend James great customer service and work completed to a high standard
