Impressed with work done on Monday , I asked for the gutters and fascias cleaning on my bungalow (quite a lot)was given a price I thought reasonable, and arranged for 9a.m. Tuesday. Ian arrived on time, he was very pleasant and polite. The work was done quickly, efficiently and everything left neat and tidy. I will most definitely use this firm again.

The plumbers were very polite and communicated with me every step of the way. Ensuring I was aware of the work to be carried out and all associated costs.

Toilet flush valve needed replacing. Sunday, arranged for a callout for Monday at 9 am. Jay arrived on time, very nice young lad. As I had purchased the part needed he said they would only charge the call out fee, no labour charge which I thought was generous as it took an hour to do the job. Everything left perfectly, Jay was totally professional, so much so he is coming back tomorrow to do gutter cleaning. Highly recommend this firm.

Company replaced our shower, ended up calling them back I think 5 times to put various things right, hadn’t been installed correctly so was leaking, poor sealant around the pipes, one of their employees was so rude to me during his visit to fix their error they gave us £100 back, said they’d never send him again, and then sent him again to fix something else they broke which he still didn’t fix correctly. I gave up after that as I was tired of having them in my house and frankly scared of being spoken to like that again.
