  Satellite dish replacement

  Luke turned up when he said he would, checked the condition of the satellite dish and told me exactly what was wrong with it, he then told me how much it would cost to sort it out, I accepted the quote and he did the job on the same day. I was very happy with this.

  Luke arrived at agreed time and took out all our old cables and made sure the new Sky system was working fine before leaving. punctual, professional and kind . would recommend

  Luke Parkinson undertook the work for my elderly mother. He visited twice and on the second occasion was running slightly late so had the courtesy to ring and advise her. After two weeks of not having a TV due to the aerial it is all sorted thanks to Luke. He resolved the issue which others had not been able to sort.

  Starlink installation

  Luke came to fit our Starlink. He made contact a few days before to make the appointment and arrived on time. He was great dealing with a couple of self confessed technophobes, giving us lots of advice, answering our questions but never imposing his opinions on us. The work was carried out efficiently and neatly and he made sure everything was working as it should before leaving. Have no hesitation in recommending him and if we ever need more work we will definitely put it his way.

  New Ariel and Booster.

  Very prompt service. Turned up exactly as they said. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had the equipment on the van to sort out the issue. Payment was sorted out efficiently, and all done professionally.
