Error message on TV screen - No signal from aerial to TV

I called Luke out of the blue for the very first time on a Friday. He took down all my details and arrive promptly and punctually on Monday afternoon. The TV with the problem was in what we call "the back room" and he quickly identified that the problem lay elsewhere. He had a look at our main setup in the lounge and immediately found a faulty booster that provided the signal to the back room TV. He replaced it there and then and everything immediately worked perfectly. Not only that but he helped me move and replace the various TVs (surprisingly heavy!) furniture etc. 10/10 service

Brand new freesat box not getting signal

I put the job on checkatrade and Luke was commenting with me from the get go. He responded straight away to the job. Asked lots of questions about my issue with the new freesat box. Booked the job in. Luke was very friendly and polite, helped to fix the issue. Explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend Northants Aerials. Very professional.

New dish and cabling

Like dropped by as promised, bang on time and explained what need doing, told me the price and got straight on with the job. Job finished shortly after, and works a treat! Goid job and a good price and on time! 100% recommendable.

Aerial and wiring renewal and upgrade

We had problems with weak aerial connection after we moved in. Luke upgraded our system. He removed all the wires from outside, iand installed a new aerial.Where there had to be a connection outside, he installed a discreet professional looking box. Run the wires so you hardly see them. Everything looks good nothing really visible outside. Good price, fast work, professional finishes and a good guy. Would 100% recommend him. Get him in and it's done right no fuss. Cant say any more really.. cheers

Resolving TV aerial issues

An earlier visit than planned was arranged due to the total loss of TV signal. The problem was identified and was due largely to my outdated equipment. Solutions and options were discussed. I opted for a new system which was installed and fully checked before being invoiced. The engineers were polite, respectful and efficient.
