    Detect and repair bathroom leak

    The service was great. I had a response to book someone in the day I raised the job on check a trade (a Sunday), and was booked in for the Tuesday (they offered Monday, but I was not available). They sent me a message in the day to give me a rought time and they arrived at that time. They were quick to identify the issue (leaky toilet) and were able to repair in full within a couple of hours. The price charged was very reasonable.

    Replace stopcock

    Fantastic service from start to finish. Prompt reply to initial enquiry, requested photo/video of issue to enable a fixed price quote to be given & then plumber came next day. Work completed to high standard in friendly/ professional manner despite a couple of unforeseen challenges. Exceeded all my expectations & will now be my go to for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend this company.

    Good work, reasonable price, communication could have been better

    Very promptly contacted me and confirmed details of the job, would have preferred to be contacted again and given a price and explanation of what needed doing rather than just completing the work and presenting the bill. Having said that the work was done to a good standard and the price was reasonable.

    Thank you for your feedback. The job was arranged following communication with both the landlord and tenant, and no quotation was requested prior to attendance. Based on our discussions, we understood the instruction was to proceed and resolve the issue, which we did promptly. When the work was later queried, we immediately offered to refit the original part if preferred. This was declined, the work was inspected, and payment was made in full. We’re pleased the workmanship and pricing were acknowledged and appreciate the feedback.
