Clear estimate for the work and examples of the products to be fitted shown. Images and video used to illustrate and explain why work needed to be done. Scaffolding and skip arrived and removed promptly. The work had minimal impact on our family routine despite taking a couple of weeks. I began my project to have a conservatory built last July .I chose Norfolk Exterior Solutions as Jordaan, the owner who came and quoted for the job, was very helpful ,gave me lots of advice and was very easy to communicate with. I had several other issues which he sorted out for me ,as a gesture of goodwill for free There was a bit of a time delay completing the job , but overall it was well worth waiting for. I am really pleased with the conservatory. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work from initial visit to quote for the job to final signing off! Friendly, helpful workers. Polite and and amenable.
