10 Excellent professional outfit

Can’t praise this outfit enough. From the start Jordann made a thorough onsite assessment ( others chose to quote from my description only) and explained clearly what needed to be done and how. The quotation was highly competitive and the company’s surveyor came to make detailed calculations a few days later. Work started within 3 weeks and was carried out in a competent and very friendly manner. The day after completion , heavy rainfall thoroughly and successfully road tested the new roof! Everyone in this company is friendly and competent. They were helpful and responsive to our needs and requirements. The Surveyor listened to us and his professional suggestions improved on our ideas. The Work Teams were all respectful and professional. We had two Trade Teams and they both carried out their work with care and skill. Norfolk Exterior Solutions have just finished their third piece of work for us: 1) replace all soffits, fascias, guttering and downpipes 2) replace tiled roof with flat roof, 3) replace patio door and 2 windows. They did a great job, the team was very efficient and quick.
