I hoped to extend my patio door, (on a budget), they came out and quoted, I accepted and paid £749 deposit, a 'surveyor' came, he said it was underquoted. They offered my deposit back but in good faith, I asked how much more?-I got verbal guesses, but nothing in writing. they came out 2x more but on the last visit, Jordan couldnt figure out which way the rafters went (RSJ), i began to dis-trust them, did they know what they were doing? More costs? I panicked, asked for my deposit back, but they deducted £250 for 'visiting me'. I had trusted their great reviews? not sure they are real?

You were asked before Christmas if you wanted your full deposit refunded. Which we would have done. You then asked how much the extra cost would be. We said we need to speak to a builder and get the costings together. We then spoke on the phone after Christmas, told you the extra costs, you were keen to go ahead and except the extra work. You still aloud Norfolk Exterior Solutions to work on the project on your behalf knowing extra costings where involved. It was not until you needed to pay for building regs you then cancelled.Yet had originally said you would pay for building regs.
