10 Problem with back door lock fixed quickly and efficiently

Andy contacted me really quickly and came over the same day to look at the back door which we had been unable to open and really needed it fixed. He was really professional and helpful, explaining every step of the way what needed doing and how much it would be. He answered all my questions and was really re-assuring. Problem fixed the same day. Andy even came back the following day to make an adjustment for us. Work carried out to a high standard at a good price. Andy went above and beyond for us. We had a very heavy complex lock door that wouldn’t open after slamming shut and the latch failing. He wouldn’t give up and got it fixed for us.
