The French doors had been locked-and the key lost-for many years. The locksmith arrived at the time promised, having already researched the lock. A quick look and he was able to estimate the cost. There was no pressure to go ahead but I was satisfied that he knew exactly what would be needed to carry out the work. He also explained the possible risks. He was able to do the work there and then. I am completely satisfied with the standard of the finished job. If ever I have a lock/security job in the future, the first place I will go to is Nopas.

The locksmith turned up within 30 minutes despite the fact it was a Sunday . He quickly made a temporary repair and returned the next day to replace the faulty part
