Almost as soon as I’d placed my request I had a call. Visit arranged for next day with no call out fee just to assess the problem. Andy arrived v promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot- giving me the option to shop around for other quotes if I wanted. Felt no pressure to commit but service excellent and front door was operational immediately. Very nice chap and super efficient. Would highly recommend.

Andy was absolutely brilliant. Explained everything that needed doing and why, extremely well priced and a really nice bloke. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Really helpful and fast. Arrived within 20 minutes on a Sunday evening and was finished within the hour. Solved a complicated lock, got us back in and new lock installed. Highly recommend.
