The locking system on my door broke just as I was about to leave for the weekend. I phoned NLS where I was informed in advance of their emergency/weekend call out fee. They were able to send somebody out, who arrived within 20 minutes. Big shout out to William, who was very professional and made a great job of fixing/replacing the broken/worn parts. We asked NLS to check over some work from another company because we were not happy with the job. The master locksmith assessed the problem and rectified the issue.
