We asked NLS to check over some work from another company because we were not happy with the job. The master locksmith assessed the problem and rectified the issue. Excellent service : the locksmith arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending NLS

Made a call for an urgent job. We'd had a sheet metal external door where the lock was rusted solid and a snapped key which we needed immediate access to. Steve came to us in no time, a hard task because it was a remote location. He got straight to work and reassured me that everything would be alright. He accessed the door without damage, doing the job quickly and efficiently. He also gave further advice on next steps and was professional throughout. I was left very impressed. I'd recommend NLS and Steve personally, he was outstanding

NLS responded quickly to my enquiry. A quote was given for the work. I was kept informed throughout and had a courtesy call to let me know when the locksmith would be attending to complete the job. He was curtious at all times and explained things well.

One of a company that do what they say on time and know there stuff he came to mine absolutely brilliant came Wednesday secured home as my multi lock was doing its own thing lock replace today same key numbers brand new barrel brand new door strip and what a job done wiped everything down as I’ve stage 4 cancer and honestly a good caring guy job done perfect and tell you this company doesn’t let you down on times it’s nice to know even on a Friday he rang and said your my last job but still coming through the Tyne tunnel traffic superb

So we've just had Steve come out - and he was a star. He immediately identified the issue, managed to open the door, replace the broken mechanism in the lock and (just for good measure) spotted that the door had dropped a bit so sorted that our for us as well! I'll be using them again & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Steve was a hero today. Turned up first thing on a Saturday as me and my partner were locked inside of our house. Was great at communicating even though it had to be through our living room window. Sorted the issue in no time. Excellent service. Thanks Steve - Beth & Dylan
