Great communication and professional service

I locked myself out on a Sunday. I had set the door latch incorrectly so my key would not work. They told me what the Sunday fee would be and Steve arrived 20 minutes later. He fixed the problem straight away without any damage, his manner was friendly and reassuring. He also gave us useful security advice and taught me how to use the latch correctly. Most importantly, I was charged exactly the price I had been quoted, no added charges. A lovely local company that I will not hesitate to call again if i ever have another problem.

NLS Security replaced the barrel of the lock for me and also checked the front door for me even though that wasn't why he was here. Steve was prompt (early even) and couldn't have ben more helpful. I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had a problem with our French doors. They had not been opened for around 10 years and the locks seemed to have seized up. I managed to get one open but couldn't lock it again so the house wasn't secure. I called NLS and they arranged for a locksmith to call out. The guy who called out was very friendly and professional. He repaired the locks and re-aligned the doors. The amazing thing is the time from placing the initial call to the repair being completed was 59 mins.
