Steve is a credit to NLS security he went above and beyond to help my mother when she was locked out.

Called up the office at 1235, William the locksmith arrived at 1304. Came to fix broken rear house door which wouldn’t lock, was brilliant, great at his job and great customer service.

Great service, call out within 30 mins, did the job very helpful thank you.

The locking system on my door broke just as I was about to leave for the weekend. I phoned NLS where I was informed in advance of their emergency/weekend call out fee. They were able to send somebody out, who arrived within 20 minutes. Big shout out to William, who was very professional and made a great job of fixing/replacing the broken/worn parts. Would certainly use again.

Steve responded to our enquiry quickly and fitted a new mortice lock and fixed a Yale lock which has been poorly fitted by a handyman. He was polite, super efficient and helpful.
