Nigel is our lead engineer and company director, with over 20 years of experience within the plumbing and heating industry.

Starting out as a plumber before becoming Gas Safe registered, Nigel specialises in boiler breakdowns, diagnostics and heating installations.

His attention to detail and passion for customer service are at the heart of the business.

Luke is our air conditioning specialist and Gas Safe registered heating engineer, with over 14 years of industry experience.

Luke installs, services and repairs heating systems and, as of 2026, is F-Gas registered for air conditioning work.

Luke's wide range of experience and skills mean he is ready for anything.

Aimee recently became Gas Safe registered and continues to gain valuable hands on experience working alongside the team.

She also takes great pride in ensuring installations are completed cleanly and professionally, leaving your home tidy and respected throughout the process.

Megan manages our social media, customer communications and office administration. In many cases, Megan is the first person customers speak to when contacting N&L Heating Ltd.

She also helped develop our Boiler Care Plans, designed to give customers ongoing support and peace of mind long after installation.

Ange oversees the day-to-day operations behind the scenes, including finance administration, insurance and business operations.

Her organisation and support help keep everything running smoothly for both our team and our customers.
