  gas cooker installation and gas turning back on.

  From start to finish the communication was amazing with updated tracking for times. Nigel was great he managed to fit us in with very short notice was professional and carried the work out to a great standard, explaining what was needed and why.

  Emergency boiler repair/service

  Nigel was really friendly, explained everything to me and didn’t just leave when he fixed the problem but also serviced my boiler for me whilst he was here! The lady in the office was really friendly on the phone. Fair price Proper family business!!!

  Boiler banging and struggling to ignite

  Nigel was absolutely amazing at resolving the issue and knew his stuff. A part that should have been replaced years ago hadn’t during previous services. Will definitely be using him again in the future. Would highly recommend.

  Quick, efficient and completed as agreed

  Communication to organise extending an existing outside tap was quick and times was agreed swiftly. Luke came round on time, was plesant and polite. He finished the work and showed me what he had done which was exactly as agreed and looked great. There was no mess and he took away all old parts Price was agreed prior with no hidden extras on completion. I would highly recommend Nigel and his team, we have used them before and always pleased with thier work.
