  New felt roof including timbers

  Job: new roof with new timber laid to fall, new deck and 3 layers of felt, new fascia. I interviewed several roofers who all looked at the old flat roof I had. Most of them were cocky and quick to say what they would do and would not listen to what I told them I wanted. Most of them turned up late too. J was very professional, punctual, polite from the beginning. He did not only listen to my preferences but also explained everything about how he would do the job. He also was very knowledgeable. Overall: great job, great attitude.

  Best in the area for a roof repairer

  Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. James came quickly to assess the problem with my roof, explained everything clearly, and gave a fair price for the work. The repair was carried out to an excellent standard and you can tell he really takes pride in his workmanship. He was punctual, professional, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was finished. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but he was honest, hardworking, and very skilled at what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs.   Replace leaking flat roof with new felt roof. Removed old green roof.

  James stood out due to being consistently on time and reliable. He was prompt to look at job initially and provided a written quote quickly. There was no pressure to proceed with him and he seemed knowledgeable about the work. Work completed and happy with the job. Will definitely use again.

  New flat roof

  James was a very good communicator. He arrived when he said he would, he looked at the job and gave me a very clear explanation of what needed doing. The quote arrived as expected, was detailed and thorough. James' sent photos to show each stage of the work, it was a very neat job, properly done and he was honest about the underlying boards which didn't need replacing. In these days of rogue traders it was a pleasure to find someone who was honest and gave a fair price for the work completed. would highly recommend.
