James was a very good communicator. He arrived when he said he would, he looked at the job and gave me a very clear explanation of what needed doing. The quote arrived as expected, was detailed and thorough. James' sent photos to show each stage of the work, it was a very neat job, properly done and he was honest about the underlying boards which didn't need replacing. In these days of rogue traders it was a pleasure to find someone who was honest and gave a fair price for the work completed. would highly recommend.

James has just re-felted our rear porch roof and we're very pleased from start to finish. He was really quick to take a look at the job, provided a written quotation the next day and fitted the work in as soon as he had availability. All work was carried out exactly as described and he was very honest with what did and didnt need doing. Everything has been left clean and tidy too.

James visited & gave us a quotation (not estimate) promptly. He also priced new boards should they be required when the old flat roof was stripped (he kept us informed throughout the job - existing boards were sound. The job was two flat roof replacements totalling approx 29M sq. He arrived on time and worked hard making sure the roof was watertight overnight. The job was finished the following morning and the site left spotless. He emailed the invoice and guarantee all exactly as we had agreed. James was polite, considerate and professional. We wish all trades persons were like him !

Needed the extension fixed after we got a property and the previous owner left it in a bad state. James gave us a quote and got the job done in 2 days!! The roof looks amazing now and he explained everything that he did along the way. Will definitely recommend and use again.
