  Excellent and honest redponse.

  Neil was in touch very quickly and clearly laid out his charging (some others didn't). Sent him a video of the machine and the problem. Was absolutely honest and said it would be a waste of time and money so recommended we buy a new one. Could easily have come out, charged a fee and made same diagnosis. Excellent and honest response.

  Fixed oven
