  Nick was the first one to reply. Clear costs were provided up front. Nick was able to attend the quickest too. I was kept up to date with his arrival time and he completed the job with a full explanation of what the probable cause was. This was excellent service and was really happy with the outcome.

  Really cannot fault my experience with Nick! My oven tripped the electrics on Easter Sunday, then failed to heat up. Easter Monday night I decided to see who was available on Checkatrade and reached out to NJ Domestics Ltd based on the reviews I'd seen. Inside a few minutes I received notification that they were interested, then inside 10 minutes I had exchanged a few texts with Nick and he was booked in for the next day. He let me know when he was on his way, identified the problem and fixed it with a part on his van, didn't cost much more than the call out fee. Thanks!

  Very professional. Identified the problem with my dishwasher tripping electrics very quickly. Kept in touch re arrival times etc, no messing about. Would definitely recommend.
