I reached out via CheckaTrade, as I was struggling to find a certified engineer to service my boiler, so the warranty did not lapse. Our family had faced a great deal of trauma, & I had missed service reminders. Chris responded very thoughtfully, & although I only saw his message in the evening, he very kindly responded to my request & liaised with my neighbours, as I was not even at home. He kindly let my neighbour know when he was on his way, & fully serviced my boiler within 24 hours &supplied me with the Service/Maintenance Record, so I could send a digital copy to the company.
