Chris responded to a request within 10 minutes of me registering it with Checkatrade and we'd set up an appointment within a day. I'd had intermittent hot water from my boiler, despite the central heating working fine. Chris took the time to diagnose the problem, which ended up being a faulty PCB. Chris explained to me that he could do the job at around £750, but advised I could contact manufacturer directly and have a fixed price repair, for the same job at £355. I was really impressed by Chris's honest approach to this task. I was able to contact them and was working again within 2 days

Chris is brilliant and done splendid work on Smart TADO wireless thermostat installation swiftly and perfectly and he his very friendly and responds promptly. I do recommend him for sure Thanks mate!!!! Good job 👍
