  Nimble was quick to respond with a phone call They explained their charges clearly An engineer visit was booked and Jason arrived on time He listened while I explained the problem, answered my questions and managed to fix it within a very short time. Would definitely call them again.

  Excellent service from Jason yesterday. I contacted him online Sunday afternoon when my washer/dryer tripped the RCD in my kitchen. I suspected the heating element had gone. Jason arrived yesterday afternoon with a full diagnostic kit, and confirmed it was the element that had burnt out. He kept me informed all the way through his visit, and was able to replace the element. I cannot recommend too highly, and reasonable rates too. Thanks Jason!

  Identifying issue with malfunctioning washing machine and repairing

  Very thorough and professional service. Talked me through the possible reasons as to what could be causing the problem with my washing machine. Visited in a timely fashion and quickly ascertained the issue. Could have recommended a more expensive remedial action, which I would have been non the wiser to as know nothing about washing machines, but they said it was a simple replacement on a relatively cheap part. Would thoroughly recommend, especially if you want that assurance that you’re not being ripped off by paying for works that may not be necessary.

  Had an issue with the dishwasher. Jason arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and replaced the sensor in under 20 minutes. Great job and excellent service!
