  Fantastic service from start to finish! They came out to repair my washing machine and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The price was very fair, and it’s refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Five stars all the way!

  New pump was required for my washing machine.

  No complaints at all, the engineer came at a planned time and identified the problem, this was on a Friday. It was identified my machine needed a new pump which was ordered the same day and they came to fit on the following Wednesday . Really happy with the timescale and workmanship received. Many thanks will come back if I have more issues!

  Outstanding Service

  Outstanding service and support provided by Jason to help us fix our tumble dryer door - he helped us keep cost down by ordering the new door and guiding us to change it ourselves, proactively following up to check all was done. A master class in customer service. I will always come back to Nimble now.

  Dishwasher heat pump was dead and needed replacing

  Nimble were excellent from start to finish, everything was explained well, the work was carried out quickly, couldn’t be happier with the service. Excellent value for money, dishwasher is working like new!!

  Tumble dryer fault

  The engineer came on time, covered his shoes, was very polite and got to work straight away. He explained everything and was very thorough with his work, he used technical terms easy to understand. He found the solution pretty quickly and carried out the repair fast. He was very honest as he could have just charged me for the part that he eventually fixed. Overall, great experience and fully recommended especially for the price/quality of work ratio. Will use again if ever in need.
