  Exceptional service from start to finish

  Went above and beyond to fix my dishwasher problem. Bit of confusion, mainly at their end, meant that the arrival was significantly delayed but the engineer was still committed to fixing the dishwasher. Realised extremely quickly what the problem was and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision as to whether to have the work done or not. New heater pump installed quickly and efficiently. Respositioned the brackets, which had slipped, so that the integrated device would still work. Exceptional service from start to finish.

  Bosch Series 4 Dishwasher repair

  Jason was on time and very efficient. Gave lots of feedback to potential problem. After a process of elimination it was diagnosed as a software issue. With the cost to replace and the fact our Bosch dishwasher was 12 years old, we decided to purchase a new dishwasher. But would highly recommend this company.

  The engineer, Jason arrived promptly and completed a thorough diagnostic check keeping me informed throughout. Sadly the cost of repair was such that we decided to purchase a new dishwasher (8 years old). I would highly recommend this company.

  Very professional and explained everything clearly. I had arranged this on behalf of a client and she was really pleased with the engineer that attended and felt comfortable having him in her home. They followed up with an email to me detailing the outcome. Would certainly recommend.

  Fantastic service

  Fantastic old school service. I explained my concerns having been previously ripped off by another company. They were prompt to book and very fair with pricing. The actual job couldn't be done as they couldn't obtain parts. Nimble only charged me £30 for their time for which I was grateful. 100% trustworthy in my opinion.
