I booked these guys in for a repair to my washing machine. They were extremely prompt in their responses and the quoted call out charge was good. Before they even came they asked for a video to show the fault. Following that they advised a repair would not be worth the cost vs replacing the machine. We cancelled the repair visit and and I’m very grateful of their honesty and for saving me a wasted call out fee.

We submitted a request via check a trade on the Sunday and Jason was with us the next day. Jason’s communication with us was great. He was kindly patient whilst I managed my newborn upon his arrival. Jason clearly had multiple years of experience. He explained his thinking around the fault, what he was doing and also some helpful tips for going forward. The job was completed in good time and Jason clearly ensured that thorough tests were completed before leaving. We will definitely contact the company again (ideally Jason) again.

Awesome work and experience. I called they were polite and knowledgable. Booked in immediately and work sorted the next day. Jason is top notch. So nice to see quality tradesman. Highly highly recommend. Will be my go to place and already recommended to friends. Jason sorted out a complex problem and was solution focussed.
