Excellent 5 star service , great work Michael and Jason. Quick, reliable and professional from beginning to end. I also requested information for insurance purposes this was issued quickly and on headed paper and was fully detailed. Can’t recommend enough

The engineer came promptly at the agreed time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Met Jason @ 10am as agreed. He checked the dishwasher to ascertain if there were any further problems. None were found. He spent approximately 1hour and 15mins completing the work. Dishwasher working fine.

Polite, friendly, efficient. Had to get a new part from the van and did so quickly. The seal appears to be fixed.

Polite, fast and efficient service. Polite. They diagnosed the issue with the dishwasher as a fault with the electrical socket. They could not fix it, as they are not qualified electricians, and Nimble do not have a qualified electrician able to come out to fix it. So sadly on this occasion, I had to pay for an electrician to come out after. However otherwise they did the job as described.

Great experience all round- really helpful diagnostic phone calls to arrange a visit, then the tradesman who visited (Jason) was really knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and went the extra mile to fix our machine. Would definitely use again.
