The engineer came on time, covered his shoes, was very polite and got to work straight away. He explained everything and was very thorough with his work, he used technical terms easy to understand.
He found the solution pretty quickly and carried out the repair fast. He was very honest as he could have just charged me for the part that he eventually fixed.
Overall, great experience and fully recommended especially for the price/quality of work ratio. Will use again if ever in need.
