I had a long standing bath leak that had got worse recently and so finally took action. Nicola and Danny resolved the issue without judgement of my heel-dragging about the leak and worked around the problems that the previous homeowners had created. Met Nicola and Danny randomly in Screwfix while shopping and needed some plumbing advice. Stuff couldn’t help but Danny was there at the same time and he gave me advice plus some free bits for my job (was replacing like for like electric shower), I took his number in case I struggle with work- good job I did- I called him the same day and he gave me another pointers what to check which helped with the problem - all this for free without trying to get the job himself, very knowledgeable and instantly likeable people, happy to share his knowledge, would definitely call them up for future jobsVerified reviewerJob location: BS4
