  Replacement of heating element in hot water cylinder

  What at first seemed a relatively straightforward job to fit a new heating element turned out to be anything but, due to the length of time it took to drain the hot water cylinder. This was pure fluke and absolutely nobody’s fault but Charlie was full of apologies. Despite the problems he was extremely professional throughout and a very personable chap. When at the end of the job a stubborn airlock proved difficult to resolve the cavalry arrived in the form of one of the proprietors, who was also extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them as a company.

  Answered our job within a couple of hours. Comms were online through Checkatrade, we arranged a date & time on the phone. On the day we[d arranged, I was updated on arrival time by Nicola, Charlie arrived and fixed the leak.

  Quick and professional garden tap job

  Nicola was prompt and helpful when booking and organising the job, and Charlie carried out the work quickly and professionally. I am extremely happy with the quality of my brand new garden tap! Would definitely recommend them!
