Met Nicola and Danny randomly in Screwfix while shopping and needed some plumbing advice. Stuff couldn’t help but Danny was there at the same time and he gave me advice plus some free bits for my job (was replacing like for like electric shower), I took his number in case I struggle with work- good job I did- I called him the same day and he gave me another pointers what to check which helped with the problem - all this for free without trying to get the job himself, very knowledgeable and instantly likeable people, happy to share his knowledge, would definitely call them up for future jobs

Quote accepted and date arranged for work to be done. Didn't show up, didn't contact and didn't respond to my message enquiring about when they would arrive. Whole day wasted wating in.

Great experience with Nicola and Danny! I posted the job on Friday and it was done on Monday. Completed in less than an hour. Also kindly did a few bits of siliconing for me left by previous bath fitter. They supplied the waste and fitted the mixer tap I had. I am very happy with their work. I felt so comfortable with them and they gave me some useful plumbing tips and were just generally lovely people. They arrived on time when they said they would come and there were no surprises - professionals who know what they are doing so I could relax - would use again no question. Thank you!
