  From start to finish a very professional company. My initial call to enquire about a replacement boiler and other work, was answered quickly and a site vist booked at a time and date that suited me. Following the site visit a quotation giving clear details of the work was quickly provided. Once accepted the work was scheduled in due course. The engineers arrived ontime. Their approach to the job was very professional. They left the area of work tidy at the end of the day. I am really pleased with the finished job and highly recommend Nichols Plumbing & Heating
