Prompt , courteous and efficient service in rectifying a radiator leak.

We were very happy with our new boiler installation. The plumbers were very polite and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend.

Louis kept me posted on attendance options (the same day) to resolve a boiler problem. George arrived that afternoon and promptly resolved the issue. He talked through the schematics as he worked (I was interested!) and all with a smile. The number for Nichols Plumbing is now in my phone.

From first contact for a quote to the installation of a more modern radiator, it all went very well. A quote was provided promptly, and the job was completed on the agreed date. The site was left very clean, and the engineer explained what he was doing. A thoroughly professional job.
