  Pump replacement for a condenser tumble dryer

  After my initial enquiry, Susan got me booked in with John pretty quickly. When John arrived to look at the job, he identified the issue & ordered a new part. John replaced the part within the week. I am very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Top job throughout.

  washer/dryer pump replacement

  it was a pleasure working with Jon. he is very efficient, knowledgeable, experienced and personable and replaced the pump in my old washing machine which has solved the problems I had with it. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Jon and Niche Appliances to anyone who is experiencing problems with their washing machine.

  Very very impressed with this company. Susan was in touch with me within minutes of my enquiry and arranged for Jon to attend in 2 days time as it was a weekend. He arrived bang on time and liaised with my landlord regarding the replacement of the appliance. He ordered it and fitted it within a week. Jon also kept me up to date via mobile message advising when he would be arriving. I havent used check a trade previously but I will definitely do so again. Excellent prompt service from both Susan and Jon at Niche and I would most definitely go to them first in the future.

  Extractor Fan Fix/Fitting

  Jon was super helpful and initially attended to my extractor fan which had stopped working. Whilst unable to fix in the initial callout (the part was too old to find), Jon returned to install a new replacement at a competitive rate. Great communication, very speedy and gave me some helpful recommendations. Would recommend!

  A professional service from start to finish. Susan was friendly, and engaging during the booking process. The electrical engineer, Jon from Niche Appliance Care, arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard. I would highly recommend both Jon and Niche👌 Overall, I’m very happy - and relieved I don’t need to buy a brand‑new washine machine🙏
