    Freezer repair

    Came to look at freezer within 5 minutes said it could not be repaired. Still charged £75, wish I contacted Samsung directly and used their services.

    Great service, great call out price, quick to respond

    Great experience with this company. Dishwasher was making a weird humming noise. Couldn’t suss out what was wrong. So popped on check a trade and had a response straight away! Which btw was around 6pmish! Call out was cheaper than the others that responded later on aswell which was a bonus! Karen sorted day and time suitable for me. So Jon came today, texted to say was on way, new exactly what the problem was within minutes! Half hour later job done! Even sorted some issues with the pipes! No mess! Just great service. Even said if happens again he would pop back out, no charge! 10/10 from me!

    Great speedy service

    I made a text describing issue/problem with dishwasher. Very quick reply and setting up of visit. Arrived next day and mended the faulty dishwasher quickly. Professionally knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would reccomend.
