    Fridge/freezer repair by Niche

    Would happily recommend this company to friends & family, and will definitely use them again! Requested help on the site with the fridge part of a fridge freezer not working, was contacted the same day,by a member of staff to book an appointment in. Appointment was easily made. Engineer contacted me on the day with his eta and to let me know he was enroute. Engineer arrived and was lovely & friendly and got to work dealing with the fridge. Believe my item is on its last legs,but he managed to revive it temporarily. Very happy with the whole experience with the 2 people I interacted with.

    Broken washing machine

    I was contacted within 2 hours of posting the job and got a slot for the next day. The engineer arrived during his slot, diagnosed the problem (broken pump) replaced it with a spare he had on hand and took the payment on site.

    I had an excellent experience the job was not that simple as 2 parts needed to be ordered they were installed but my machine decided to pull a load of debris through the machine upsetting the repair. the tech did a further visit to fix the issue. fantastic service.

    Excellent, would definitely recommend.

    Brilliant service, Susan in the office and John on the ground. Quickly booked and appointment and was kept informed of time to arrive. John then fixed the issue and provided some dishwasher 101, which was extremely useful.
