I hired Nick to investigate the cause of weak-flowing basin taps. When Nick first got in touch he was very patient, regarding how I wanted to establish the situation re the pipes in the rest of the house. On the day of the visit, Nick kept me well-informed as to his eta and was friendly. He diagnosed the problem and got the job sorted in good time. All we needed was tiling in our ensuite wet room cleaned out and replaced and the shower re- sealing. Nick arrived when he said he would to see what needed doing and arranged to come back to do it in a few days time. Good to his word, he arrived on time and completed the work as he had agreed. It sems only a small job which some trades people would not want to undretake, but to re-seal a shower is a very messy job for the amateur and best left to a professional.
