  I hired Nick to investigate the cause of weak-flowing basin taps. When Nick first got in touch he was very patient, regarding how I wanted to establish the situation re the pipes in the rest of the house. On the day of the visit, Nick kept me well-informed as to his eta and was friendly. He diagnosed the problem and got the job sorted in good time. Would recommend.
