I required an updated EPC for my property, after a brief search online I came across this local company. A quick phone call later with the helpful and friendly assessor, my appointment was booked, and most helpful for me was the fact they were able to attend outside of normal working hours. I’m Euan, the lead assessor here. I’m fully qualified and accredited through Elmhurst, and I handle every job personally. So you can expect a consistent, professional service from start to finish. I enjoy helping people understand how energy-efficient their homes really are and what steps they can take to improve.
We offer domestic EPCs which can be a great addition if you’re selling or letting a property. We’re fully insured, easy to talk to, and always happy to offer honest advice.
Part of the company is we offer aerial services so if that's needing a roof surveyed or photos of land for planning permission we have the correct drone and tools to carry this out. This also includes the photography services that can be for interior photos to promote your listing online or external photos for your own usage.
