I required an updated EPC for my property, after a brief search online I came across this local company. A quick phone call later with the helpful and friendly assessor, my appointment was booked, and most helpful for me was the fact they were able to attend outside of normal working hours. The assessment of my property was carried out in a very professional manner, with time and care taken to explain each step of the assessment criteria.
