A very expensive job, very badly done

The roof work was already very steeply priced but he said that the top of my chimney stack needed repointing, which was true, and that they would charge me £842 for it. They ended up dropping cement all over my bench and flagstones, and leaving it. They also left their left over cement on the side of my street! Finally, when a friend went on the roof to look at the pointing, he saw that some of the pointing had not been done at all, there was a bit of vegetation growing where cement should have been applied and it had been left very untidy too. My friend also said it was way too pricey.

Our roof was damaged after the recent storms and James contacted us immediately, visited the same day and quoted. Two days later everything was repaired. Very happy with job finished

leaking ventilation tile was repaired, its been battering down for hours with no sign of a leak. staff were friendly & professional. The work was done the same day I chose them.

James came to inspect my roof because I had a leak he took a photo for me and there was a hole James fixed the problem and was very reasonable on the price I would highly recommend very reliable very friendly and brilliant price thanks so much James
