  A very expensive job, very badly done

  The roof work was already very steeply priced but he said that the top of my chimney stack needed repointing, which was true, and that they would charge me £842 for it. They ended up dropping cement all over my bench and flagstones, and leaving it. They also left their left over cement on the side of my street! Finally, when a friend went on the roof to look at the pointing, he saw that some of the pointing had not been done at all, there was a bit of vegetation growing where cement should have been applied and it had been left very untidy too. My friend also said it was way too pricey.
