  Decorating superstars!

  Mark and Jamie were an excellent team. Mark discussed the day’s plan each morning and at the end of the day it was reviewed. He made some design suggestions …. Which were spot on. I asked for some extra things to be done : this was no trouble and was a fair price. They tidied up quite well and made sure I was comfortable when they left.

  Wallpapering, shelving, picture hanging and other snagging works

  I would highly recommend New Modern Development. They worked to a high standard, were good at problem-solving and involved me in any decision-making. They were clean and tidy, took care in my house and seemed to be genuinely interested in the work and the end result I was trying to achieve.

  Mark and team were great. They worked at pace so a two week job was completed in a week to a high standard. They were very friendly and tidy, cleaning up each day. They also checked in with us each day on progress to check we were happy. Highly recommend!

  Redecoration of walls & ceilings.

  Mark & his team completed the work very quickly and to a high standard. It was very easy to communicate with Mark & his team even helped with small handyman jobs without being asked! Would use New Modern Developments again and recommend others to use their services.

  Whole house

  Mark and his team did a fantastic job for us. We had the whole house painted and Mark was great from start to finish. The work started as planned and finished early and the quality of the work is a 10 out of 10 would have no hesitation recommending Mark and would definitely use again. Thanks Mark!
