  Mark & his team completed the work very quickly and to a high standard. It was very easy to communicate with Mark & his team even helped with small handyman jobs without being asked! Would use New Modern Developments again and recommend others to use their services.

  Mark and his team did a fantastic job for us. We had the whole house painted and Mark was great from start to finish. The work started as planned and finished early and the quality of the work is a 10 out of 10 would have no hesitation recommending Mark and would definitely use again. Thanks Mark!

  I contacted Mark for interior doors and built-in cabinets painting job. Mark provided the most competitive quote and he's been assisting the whole process. I'm very pleased with the result of the work, it really freshened up the look of the flat. Mark and Daniel have done a great job and have been professional and reliable. Highly recommended.

  I worked with Mark, Jason and Daniel over course of a week to fully redecorate a 4-bedroom house. Impeccable team - pragmatic, economical, fair, exceptional courtesy and punctuality. Unparalleled attention to detail, quality and intensity of work, all delivered over course of 5 days. Highly recommend to anyone undertaking a similar project and can't give high enough praise.

  One happy family!

  We needed our four bedroom house to be painted and acquired three separate quotes. New modern developments was the cheapest (and what we felt the only reasonable quote) that we were given. Its not always the case that the cheapest is the best but Mark's work exceeded all our expectations. The quality of his and Lewis’s work was impeccable and he worked exactly to the time frame that he promised. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mark and his team again for any future work.
