Mark and Jamie were an excellent team. Mark discussed the day’s plan each morning and at the end of the day it was reviewed. He made some design suggestions …. Which were spot on. I asked for some extra things to be done : this was no trouble and was a fair price. They tidied up quite well and made sure I was comfortable when they left.

I would highly recommend New Modern Development. They worked to a high standard, were good at problem-solving and involved me in any decision-making. They were clean and tidy, took care in my house and seemed to be genuinely interested in the work and the end result I was trying to achieve.

Mark and team were great. They worked at pace so a two week job was completed in a week to a high standard. They were very friendly and tidy, cleaning up each day. They also checked in with us each day on progress to check we were happy. Highly recommend!
