    2nd time using this company for a bathroom refurbishment the last one was around 3 years ago and the test of time has been passed! Very happy with the latest project, they turned up on time every day and made good progress and have done a lovely job. Would use them again, in fact intend to, and would recommend.

    A brilliant experience from start to finish with New Look Building. Michal managed the entire renovation for us, making everything run smoothly and giving us real peace of mind. The team were fantastic - always polite, very tidy, and with a work ethic that really stood out. Communication was excellent and pricing was clear and fair. Work was finished on time and we’re delighted with the results; we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend New Look Building or invite them back for future work.

    Another Great New Look Experience (Loft Insulation)

    This review comes with much delay, which is entirely my fault. The fact is that I would recommend New Look Building Services to anyone looking for a hassle-free, reliable experience and sound quality. The loft re-insulation was the third project New Look did for us and as before, work was carried out timely and cleanly by a pleasant tradesman. Michal looks after, checks and if need be chases _everything_. (No chasing was necessary with Robert for the insulation.) He is always available, always calls back, and always sees the work done. Would give 11 out of 10 for reliability, if possible.

    The highest standard

    Michal and his team completed our wet room within the agreed time frame and at the highest standard. We had very specific requirements such very large tiles in a Victorian house with unusual angles. Michal is extremely skilled and we could not be happier with the result. They worked really long hours and have always been very polite and tidy. We could not recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to contact them in the future for other jobs.

    Building a high-end TV wall
