Very professional and polite. Hardworking, communicated well about elements of the job and very much listened to my design choices. He communicated clearly the timelines and importantly stuck to them. Delivered on time and good standards of finish. Always left the area clean and tidy after each days work. I would not hesitate to recommend Michal and if I have further needs I will certainly be contacting him.

Michal initially impressed by being very quick to respond to initial enquiries, arranging to view and quote, and in answering questions we had about the project. His advice and guidance were really appreciated, he is very knowledgeable and clearly has a good deal of experience. He is extremely hard working including evenings and weekends and does what he says he will do. The quality of his work is outstanding and we are extremely pleased with our new bathroom - so much so that we’ve already booked him to refurb our shower room. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Michal and Wojtek did a fantastic job transforming my old and tired bathroom into a new and bright one. Works include transforming a bathtub to a shower enclosure, tiling the walls and floor, updating the ventilation and lights, changing the basin and toilet, etc.

Michael was fantastic helping to design the project and then carrying it out to a fantastic standard. I am so pleased and will absolutely use New Look again.

Bathroom refurbishment, including flooring, tiling, fitting of toilet, basin, bath and other furniture. The quote for the work was detailed and well explianed so we knew exactly what we were getting into. Michal and team worked on our job consistently from start to finish. Michal was also very helpful during the whole process with advice, recommendations and when dealing with unexpected issues, which we had a few of. But these were all resolved satisfactorily in the end. Overall, the work was done in a timely manner and to a good quality. Very pleased with the result.

Michal has done work for me before and it’s always great quality. This was no different. My window frames were repaired and repainted carefully and well.
