Michal and his team helped me refinish my kitchen walls and ceiling. From the moment he quoted us he was so professional and quick to engage and communicate, always keeping us well informed. He kept us completely at ease. The gentleman who carried out the work, Wojtek was lovely, very polite and unobtrusive and carried out the work to a high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact Michal and his team again for future work!

We had extensive renovations following asbestos removal, including rebuilding ceilings, replastering walls, painting, moving/adding plugs &light fittings and new flooring in 4 rooms. New Look acted as one stop shop with Michal as project manager. He planned & advised, sourced &coordinated all tradesmen & materials. Everyone involved was polite, conscientious & tidy. They finished exactly when planned & showed up reliably every day. The whole experience was as stress free as such a project can be. We are thoroughly happy with the experience & results, & have hired them for another project.

Really enjoyed working with Michal. Quote was transparent, itemised and accurate. Communication was excellent. Work started on time and lasted a couple of weeks. Result was extremely high quality and exactly what I asked for. Will have no hesitation in using New Look for my main bathroom and any other projects that crop up.

Very professional and polite. Hardworking, communicated well about elements of the job and very much listened to my design choices. He communicated clearly the timelines and importantly stuck to them. Delivered on time and good standards of finish. Always left the area clean and tidy after each days work.
