Asked Scott to do some repairs which were done fine. His colleague dropped one of the stones on my patio and broke one of the patio tiles He apologised and promised to fix the week after and then hasn’t bothered to fix it since October 2024. I’ve chased him multiple times even after he broke the tile and clearly said he would fix it. Did not follow through in what he promised

Scott was extremely helpful and advised on exactly needed to be done will definitely be using Scott again.

Scott came and did our roof and lined the roof with flashings and also did all of guttering Communicative and prompt. Very happy with the service

We put the work out to 3 companies on Checkatrade. Right from the start Scott from New Life Roofing impressed us. Firstly, he turned up (two didn't)! He provided a couple of alternatives to solve our leaking roof and we accepted his recommendation (which was the least expensive). One of the other companies really pushed to replace the whole roof, which was only replaced last year. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, did the Job (including clearing a gutter whilst he had the ladder out) and cleaned up behind him. They were friendly and courteous throughout. Great job.
