  Great team. Lisa was amazing at sending quotes and explaining everything. Sidi and his assistant were fantastic at getting the job done, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end and going over the works that were done. Even doing a lil extra with one of the ridge tiles which is greatly appreciated!

  We recently hired New Heights Exterior Cleaning Company for a full roof cleaning, and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. What truly set them apart was their communication. every interaction was prompt. They kept us informed about the process and arrival times, which made the whole experience stress-free. The cleaner completely removed all the moss and stains and left spotlessly clean property. If you value great result and truly outstanding customer service I highly recommend New Heights.

  Brilliant no fuss gutter cleaning on 4 storey building

  New Heights did a brilliant job clearing the gutters on our four-storey tenement in Dundee. They turned up exactly when they said they would and managed to clear years of moss, plants, and general debris without any issues. Sidi was genuinely friendly and clearly knows his stuff. The price was exactly as quoted, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Absolutely spot on — really happy with the whole experience.

  Quality safe roof cleaning you can trust at a reasonable price

  One of the best services I have ever experienced! They did a great job as promised and were friendly and professional. They were very safety conscious to take care of our house while wearing appropriate protective gear to protect themselves also. The price was reasonable and good value for the money. No only did they do a great job on cleaning the roof and side walls, but took the time to explain the process and offer tips on additional things we could do to help maintain home's value. This is a company you can trust. I already referred my neighbors to them! Thanks Sidi and Lisa

  Cleaning of moss from roof and extension then treated with biocide.

  Job carried out very professionally. Arrived on date agreed and worked nonstop all day to finish job. Cleaned and tidied up afterwards. Very satisfied customer. Would recommend!
