New Heights were very helpful from start to finish, even when I had to change my appointment at the last minute it was not a big issue for them. They arrived promptly on the day the work was to be done, explained clearly what would happen and got on with the job. When they had finished I was shown a video of my guttering and down pipes and they cleaned up after themselves too. An absolute delight to have them do the work and would strongly recommend them and will use them again in future. Thank you for doing a splendid job.

New Heights have been really great when repairing our roof and cleaning the gutters. The communication was great from the start, they provided us with a detailed quote, they took before and after photos and sent them over for us to review and they gave us a clear start and finish date for the works. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again.

Great team. Lisa was amazing at sending quotes and explaining everything. Sidi and his assistant were fantastic at getting the job done, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end and going over the works that were done. Even doing a lil extra with one of the ridge tiles which is greatly appreciated!
