From the moment Julian came to do the initial professional survey we knew that we were in safe hands. Kevin and Tristan carried out the site work, working closely with Julian and found cause of the damp. Due to the water damage, the work needed escalated, but Julian supported with his knowledge, and a site visit from our insurance company that resulted in a positive outcome. Has a New Forest Property Care workman here for two days working outside clearing/cleaning and replacing all the air vents.
