From the moment Julian came to do the initial professional survey we knew that we were in safe hands. Kevin and Tristan carried out the site work, working closely with Julian and found cause of the damp. Due to the water damage, the work needed escalated, but Julian supported with his knowledge, and a site visit from our insurance company that resulted in a positive outcome. He also arranged further specialist trades to undertake work required. Julians support helped reduce what was a very stressful time.

Has a New Forest Property Care workman here for two days working outside clearing/cleaning and replacing all the air vents. The work was carried out impeccably and the walls were restored and repointed expertly. Fantastic job NO complaints and one very happy and relieved home owner.

I chose this company as they were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they had to do. The inside wall was completely removed and then put the relevant materials to ensure that it would not get any more damp. This including plastering the wall. The workmen came promptly in the morning, were very thorough, polite and ensured that they kept the house clean and tidied up at the end of the day. The wall was brilliant and they did it in time. They also kept to the quote. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.
