After numours texts with questions as other tilers had wanted to remove new kitchen units under units light pelmet to tile & cut them to fit after tiling? & us to remove 6 sockets prior to tiling? Graham assured us not necessary. Graham arrived early am, listened again to our concerns, & to what we wanted, explained process. answered any questions, covered all worktops with stickback plastic no mess, cleaned up as he went, light pelmets & sockets cut round. job completed on time without any hassle, thank you again Graham.

Graeme was brilliant. He was honest about the expectations and concerns (about the pre-existing flooring that was damp from a leak) and gave us some great advice throughout. we needed a joiner to fix the floor and he even helped with other tradespeople and what to ask for. He then moved things around to work with our schedules. The work was completed and it looks lovely! We feel very reassured that this is a high quality job. He has even given us post-job care instructions too.
