  I cannot recommend Graeme enough. He maintained excellent communication, helped me make decisions, was clean and tidy, and did a stirling job with the tiling. An excellent tradesman who we wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you!

  Tiling of fireplace chamber

  Ian was attentive and communicated regularly and quickly initially. His quote was lower than others received, though cost was not the ultimate deciding factor, timing was as other trades were booked up months in advance. I had some flexibility in when the job could start, I just needed commitment so that I could 1) arrange for the other trades needed to complete the job (tiling was just one element), and 2) arrange to be off work. I sorted the other trades around Ian's availability, but I never heard back from him. I ended up having to contact another tiler.
