  Very efficient and helpful

  Newbury Electrical have been very efficient and helpful. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it and have helped me numerous times over the last couple of years. The way that they work is very good for landlords. You can book an appointment and the work will be done. They are patient in explaining electrical reports. Their pricing is reasonable and they are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them.

  Boiler Spur relocate

  Used NES Electrical for small straightforward, jobs, including moving a boiler fused spur. The boiler worked perfectly beforehand, but from the moment the spur was relocated it was stuck on constantly and never returned to normal. NES came back but couldn’t resolve it. A separate engineer later identified the issue and I incurred extra costs. NES refused to accept their work lead to this issue or offer any goodwill, even declining to fit a replacement thermostat. Based on my experience, I would not use NES again.

  A great job. Jack was excellent! The work was on time. on budget, no fuss, no mess - and it wasn’t straightforward: testing all the circuits, replacing several ancient fuse boxes/consumer units. Very pleased and will absolutely use them again.

  Excellent customer service from NES

  Highly professional service from start to finish. Newbury electrical services did a site visit and provided a quote for the supply/fit of a new shower heater. The engineer arrived a few days later and installed the new heater. The engineer was very efficient and did an excellent job.

  Bathroom extractor fan replaced

  Brilliant work carried out by the engineer, Jack, who was understanding, amazing and very professional doing his work well and left the place tidy. A replacement bathroom extractor fan was provided and Jack went to the root cause to solve the issue which I thought was surface only. I'm hoping and confident that my new unit will be very efficient and stand the test of time like the previous which was end of life.
