  Brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable.

  The Electrician who did the job was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. His apprentice was so polite, and it turns out he had a special interest in solar panels and home batteries, so we had a very in depth, techy conversation about my project. Both of them are a credit to Newbury Electrical Services. I'd definitely recommend them (to anyone that'll listen! :)

  Great service from start to finish. Responded quickly through my initial contact via Checkatrade, and were able to accommodate and carry out the works within a reasonable timeframe. The work on site was carried out professionally, very friendly service.

  Newbury Electrical Services Ltd were communicative and helpful. The engineer provided advice and was open to my input. The office staff let me know what was going on every step of the way and when there was an opportunity to bring my work forward, this was offered straight away.   Installing new lights

  Installing new lights and testing the Electrical Installation Condition. The initial visit to assess the work needed was good, as was communication before it started. Jack, who carried out the installation, was quiet and polite, working meticulously and explaining to us at each stage what he was doing. He consulted us about anything problematic. Communication with the office by phone was always straightforward and pleasant. Highly recommended.

  Effective efficient service

  Very positive, punctual, efficient service delivered by Jack and Charles two great ambassadors for the company, demonstrating great customer focus , nothing was too much trouble , matching problems with solutions as they went . 10 out 10 . Would highly recommend.
