Excellent service from this company, very happy with the work done by the electrician, which incl some fitting work. Polite and courteous, and very tidy. The bill came promptly with certificate of work done. Very reasonable price. Thank you.

Very quick to respond via email, they were friendly, let me know when they were coming to provide a quote and, if I accepted the quote, how quickly they could carry out the installation. They showed up on time for both the quote and the installation, the work took under 3 hours and they were very friendly and helpful and did an excellent job.

It was a real pleasure working with the whole staff a well coordinated team that is very efficient at communicating and explaining all the aspects of the work They are very nice, cheerful people and they were very considerate and thoughtful when working in my home They are also very honest whether there is a problem or a delay they explain it all and are very transparent about everything. When I made contact with NES Sarah in the office was very helpful and efficient, keeping me informed of what had been booked and when. The gas supply needed to be disconnected as part of the works and this was all facilitated by NES which was great. On the day of the installation, the work top needed to be altered so the hob would fit. I was made aware and the electrician cut the workbench as necessary. All in all a great experience, thanks NES.
