    A great job. Jack was excellent! The work was on time. on budget, no fuss, no mess - and it wasn’t straightforward: testing all the circuits, replacing several ancient fuse boxes/consumer units. Very pleased and will absolutely use them again.

    Excellent customer service from NES

    Highly professional service from start to finish. Newbury electrical services did a site visit and provided a quote for the supply/fit of a new shower heater. The engineer arrived a few days later and installed the new heater. The engineer was very efficient and did an excellent job.

    Bathroom extractor fan replaced

    Brilliant work carried out by the engineer, Jack, who was understanding, amazing and very professional doing his work well and left the place tidy. A replacement bathroom extractor fan was provided and Jack went to the root cause to solve the issue which I thought was surface only. I'm hoping and confident that my new unit will be very efficient and stand the test of time like the previous which was end of life.

    Brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable.

    The Electrician who did the job was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. His apprentice was so polite, and it turns out he had a special interest in solar panels and home batteries, so we had a very in depth, techy conversation about my project. Both of them are a credit to Newbury Electrical Services. I'd definitely recommend them (to anyone that'll listen! :)

    New sockets and replacement of fused spur

    Great service from start to finish. Responded quickly through my initial contact via Checkatrade, and were able to accommodate and carry out the works within a reasonable timeframe. The work on site was carried out professionally, very friendly service.
