Plumber (Phil) arrived within an hour of my initial call. He was pleasant, clear about what he was doing, and happy for me to watch and question as he worked. We set the world to rights, and also the plumbing problem, within an hour. You could not ask for a more amenable and polite tradesman. He even seemed to appreciate the cup of tea I gave him! I can happily say that, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him and his company 11. Mind you - I haven't seen the bill yet!!! Many of our customers have been with us for years and we have built up a reputation for doing good work while at the same time being tidy and friendly. We know and understand that many customers want good reliable plumbers who they know and can trust, a familiar face they can call on in emergencies and when they want something like a beautiful new bathroom created. We clear bocked sinks, baths, WC's and replace taps, toilets,stop cocks, showers, outside taps,ball valves, tanks, cylinders and radiators also trace and stop leaks. We also fit immersion heaters in fact all maintenance plumbing & heating works as well as bigger bathroom and kitchen installations.
