Phil from network trade services was professional, came on time and fixed the issue I had with a dripping bath tap and a leaking toilet. As somebody who doesn’t understand plumbing I really appreciated the time he took to explain the issue, and provide my full range of options to make an informed decision on what was best to do. I’ve used this company a number of times and would highly recommend them.

Steve and Phil are extremely competent plumbers, applying realistic solutions to novel problems. They are responsive, punctual, polite and professional. They have worked in both my own home and for a tenanted property that I own.

Fast, response, polite and accurate fixing. No complaints

Plumber (Phil) arrived within an hour of my initial call. He was pleasant, clear about what he was doing, and happy for me to watch and question as he worked. We set the world to rights, and also the plumbing problem, within an hour. You could not ask for a more amenable and polite tradesman. He even seemed to appreciate the cup of tea I gave him! I can happily say that, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him and his company 11. Mind you - I haven't seen the bill yet!!! (Only joking!)
