The plumber came to see the job the next day after me phoning them. He was able to successfully fix the leak the day after that. He was polite and efficient and I was pleased with the outcome. The office staff were efficient in arranging both appointments and taking payment over the phone.

When i recently had a bathroom water leak, Neptune very promptly came out to assist. The problem was identified, remedied and advice given. The plumber was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable . I felt so appreciative. The fee was reasonable. I fully recommend Neptune and i will always call them in future. I really like the family run local company concept,

Just moved in to our first house and had a leak coming from the en suite through to the kitchen downstairs with the wall dripping on the outside and inside with massive stains but no idea how. Harry from Neptune came on time, managed to diagnose the issue while cause minimal damage for the investigation as well as provide some recommended next steps all in 1 hour! Super friendly on the phone too during initial enquiry, putting our minds at rest! Provided a report to enable next steps. Would highly recommend!
