Overcharging

The problem was resolved quickly and without issue. However, I was charged £70 for a part that Wickes charge £10 for, so can’t recommend them.

The plumbing work carried out by Neptune Heating & Plumbing was good and satisfactory, he was pleasant and did a good job, I would use them again and would also recommend this firm.
