    Excellent Service

    John arrived on time and was so polite and courteous. He was very clean and tidy, and took his time without rushing the job as some people do! Before leaving he asked if anything else needing looking and he raised a ticket straight away for the bathroom taps. He is a credit to Neptune, and we all need more tradesman like John, instead of this bish bash bosh nonsense. Thank you John for your time, it was much appreciated!

    Boiler Issues - Peter

    My boiler has stopped working and we had no hot water, Neptune came out the next day, sending Peter to look at our boiler. He was very friendly, fast and thorough. He showed me what had happened and how to fix if absolutely necessary. He then came back the next day to fit two new parts! Thank you so much Peter, you’re amazing!

    Plumbing

    Amazing company sent their plumber in an emergency to us within 45 mins and fixed it. My 97 aunt was stressed out and then relieved to have it sorted. Fantastic company!!! Would recommend every time

    Excellent Service from Start to Finish!

    I recently had my boiler serviced by Neptune heating & plumbing and the service was nothing short of exceptional. The engineer peter arrived on time, was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and will definetly be booking with them again!
