  Investigation and treatment of damp

  Paul treated a relatively small area of damp in our dining room. He also removed a cupboard to access the area and replaced it afterwards, meaning that we didn’t then have to find a carpenter to complete the job. Paul and his assistant were very pleasant to deal with, punctual, completed the job promptly and cleaned up afterwards.

  House damp review

  Paul at Neptune was super quick in arranging a home visit, came to the property exactly on time, and completed all the necessary checks super efficiently and with minimal fuss. He was able to calm any fears or concerns I had with regards to any damp in my home and was also able to clearly explain any remedial work that was needed although he stated that this wasn't essential. I would definitely recommend his polite and efficient services and would use Paul's company again should the need arise. Thanks!

  I highly recommend Paul, and his team , Jack, for the damp proofing and masonery work completed today on our property. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and we knew we were employing the best possible artisan for the work we required. The work was completed on time and the site left in excellent order. Furthermore, Paul and Jack were a pleasure to have in our home. They are courteous and very respectful of property and family life. We will be requesting their services in the future.

  Tanking of backroom

  I can highly recommend Paul and his Team. Not only is he very professional, tidy, delivers to cost and on schedule , he also managed to make my crisis less painful. The original job was scheduled for 3 days. Once he took off the original plasterboard, it turned out that the original wood was rotten and structural re-co structure was required (further 5 day). This included the my above neighbour ' s balcony (who were on holidays). After obtaining the necessary approval, Paul took the initiative in from of a ladder, climbed onto my neighbour's balcony and damp proofed the entire thing.
